
王新胜,男,教授。2002年本科毕业于河南师范大学生物技术专业,2005年在中国科学院武汉植物园获得硕士学位,2013年在南京中医药大学获得博士学位,2016-2017年在德国弗莱堡大学医学院访问学者。主要研究方向为中药资源与开发利用,重点研究中药资源分布与生态关系、中药化学成分分离与鉴定、体内外药理活性。目前,已在国际著名期刊Food Science and Human Wellness, Journal of Ethnopharmacology, Phytochemical Analysis, Industrial Crops & Products, Ultrasonics Sonochemistry, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Scientia Horticulturae, Journal of Food Science, Biological Trace Element Research, Chemistry & Biodiversity等发表学术论文24篇。
